Terms & Conditions

Please read and understand carefully our Terms and Conditions before place an order with us.

1. Items sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. All sales are final and no exchange or refund will be entertained for any reasons.
2. Purchases are based on First Come First Served Basis. Whoever makes their payment fastest, will be able to secure the items first. NO reservation are allowed.
3. Item is considered reserved after payment has been made.
4. If the item is out of stock upon payment, we will refund your money. Please provide your Maybank or CIMB account number. If other than mentioned account banks, there will be charge incurred of RM1 by your bank.
5. Cancellation of orders will not be entertained once the order has been confirmed and processed.
6. Your order will be send out on the next business day, after payment has been made.
7. The actual colors of the items displayed on website may vary from what you see on the actual item due to the variation of the computer monitors resolution. We will try our best to describe the product in details as possible.
8. All prices displayed for the products represent the final retail price. No discounts will be given unless otherwise stated or during promotional periods.
9. All prices listed do not include any shipping/freight, tax, insurance or any other charges. We reserve the right to impose an additional fee of shipping cost depending on the weight of your purchases according to the mailing option you have chosen.
10. We never ever over promised our customer if it is not original. When we claimed the originality of 100%, then it is 100% original. If the product is imitated one, we will state in the product description.
11. Some people may have allergic reactions to common cosmetic product ingredients. Please ensure the product is compatible with your skin conditions before placing an order with us as  we are not liable for any product results.
12. All products are brand new and we assure you that the quality and condition of the product are properly examined before we send out. We will not be held responsible for any delay, lost or damage shipment to the products during the course of delivery. We will not hold any further responsibility after the items have shipped out from our place.
13. We pack your ordered items with proper wrap to ensure the items are arrive in the best condition possible.
14. Once your ordered item is inform via email already posted out, we have no further responsibility to track your parcel's whereabout or tells u when will your parcel arrive. (the responsibility hold by the post office and the postman in your area to when your parcel reaches to your destination.) 
15. We will only provide tracking number upon request.
16. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to collect it yourself there. 
17. All information provided to us will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential. 
18. You agree that we may use any comments, images, feedback, information or ideas contain in any communication you may send to us, without compensation, acknowledgement or payment to you, for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and services and creating, modifying or improving the Site or other products or services.
19. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, without notice or liability to you or any third party. We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to impose limits on certain features and services.
20. By ordering from us, you are signifying your agreement with our Terms & Conditions. Once order form is filled and confirmed, we assumed that you have read, understand and accept the Terms and Conditions.
