Delivery Policy


  1. Customer purchases will be shipped out on the next business day if payments are received by today.
  2. We will only process your order(s) once we received your payment notification via email.
  3. We might delay your order delivery due to the technical or resources problem without any prior notice. Please notify us via email or sms us for any urgent requests. We will try our best to cater to your request but this will be on a case to case basis.
  4. Purchased items to be delivered within 2-3 working days, depending on the final destination and business hours which are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. 
  5. Please be reminded that delays in delivery may caused by sending your item to an address without a recipient present. It is always our recommendation to send your item to an office address where you can sign for it. You may also appoint someone you trust to receive the delivery on your behalf.
  6. We will not be held responsible for any delay caused by natural disaster and lost of item during transit.
  7. we will pack certain items with bubble wrap to ensure the items are arrived in the best condition possible. 
  8. we not liable for any delayed, lost or damaged shipment as we ensures utmost care is taken in packing and getting the items delivered.
  9. In the event your purchased products are out of stock, we will try our best to contact you via email or sms before processing the orders.
  10. we reserves the rights to decide the cheapest and effective way of courier service to customers based on the product weights. Should you need any other courier services, you are always encouraged to contact us.
  11. Tracking number will be provided to our customers for tracking purposes upon request. 
  12. If you did not receive the items within the agreed timeline, please contact the courier company directly or email us to check on the delivery status.
  13. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest delivery to a home or business address where someone is available to sign for delivery during business hours.
  14. we shall not be held accountable if an invalid address or contact number was given to us during checkout resulting in returned parcel. Buyers will have to bear the additional costs for the consecutive deliveries.
  15. We will not be responsible for any risk of lost during the delivery. However, if your do not receive your parcel within 5 days, you may always contact the courier company to check and claims for the lost.
  16. we is NOT responsible for any additional taxes and duties charged. If you decide to refuse the delivery, you are responsible in all fees charged by shipping company – both for sending and returning the product to us.

Delivery Method
We currently using Skynet, Pos Laju, Air Parcel, Kangaroo and Pos Express to deliver your item(s).
  1. Skynet Delivery: Your parcel will usually reach you within 1-3 working days after we have sent out your item (s). Signature will be requested upon receiving your parcel.
  2. PosLaju Delivery: Your parcel will usually reach you within 1-2 working days AFTER we have sent out your item. Signature will be requested upon receiving your parcel.
  3. Air Parcel Delivery: Your parcel will usually reach you within 8-9 working days AFTER we have sent out your item. Signature will be requested upon receiving your parcel.
  4. Pos Express: Your parcel will usually reach you within 2-5 working days AFTER we have sent out your item. Tracking number will be provided after your items have been dispatched. 
  5. Kangaroo Delivery: Your parcel will usually reach you within 1-3 working days after we have sent out your item (s). Signature will be requested upon receiving your parcel.
Type of Items to be delivered to you:
READY STOCK ITEMS:
We aim to deliver your item on the next following working day after we have received your payment. However, sometimes festival periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your item within 5 working days, please contact us.
- Customer residing in West Malaysia, you should receive your parcel within 1 – 2 business days.
- Customer residing in East Malaysia, you should receive your parcel within 2 – 4 business days.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS:
We will submit order to factory every Monday. The delivery will be on the third week of Thursday / Friday.
